Flu season is near! Receive your free flu vaccine at a location near you. For your convenience, complete your vaccine consent form ahead of time. ​
Beginning October 20th, the flu vaccine will be available to GOV retirees, spouses, and dependents ages 4 and up (must be enrolled in GOV insurance) at Sumner Health clinics. GOV retirees, spouses, and dependents must call 1-855-571-4500 to schedule an appointment to receive the vaccine at a Sumner Health clinic.

Vaccines will be given on a first come, first serve basis while supplies last, beginning 10/20/2023.
